Its in quite area but still close to seminyak main area

The shower wasnt really good, seem they didnt clean the holes

The AC in my room not working properly, I put 18 degree but still like a fan.

facilities are old and shabby, everything smells like smoke, lights are very dark, fridge doesn’t cool down, some electricity sockets don’t have power…

The rooms are outdated. At first I was placed in a room that was mouldy...and a damped smell. This is not a joke. I asked to move to a different room. They showed me 2 different room, 1 was worse and the other was better so I took the one a bit better. I booked the hotel for 9 nights. On my 6th nights at this hotel, they asked me to move from my room. 2 different staff members were talking to me with 2 different reasons.1. They needed to fix the air-conditioning;2. They needed to renovate the room beside my room at night time.I was open to their requests and we looked at 3 rooms which all of them were in worse conditions compared to the first room that I was allocated to. I decided to say no and that they can do what they any work needed to be done when I am gone. Which they agreed to.

I liked being close to shops

I asked for my bathroom to be cleaned as there were drips of blood on the floor it never got moped...TV didn't work properly only had one Chanel which only played reruns.fridge didn't get cold for drinks. they charged me $ 120.00 au for getting ink from tattoos on there sheets when they should know most people go to bali to get tattoos. was very upset about that..

Near to everything

The the notice board it said swimming pool open at 7am, but at 8am still putting notice close. I asked the staff and he say 8.30am. Linen and shower room is dirty

Room was to small dan creepy , walls is dirty ,bathroom as well

It was close to where our families were great price, conditions were comfortable for us as we were out every day love people at Savvoya

The location is nice, quite close to the actions around Seminyak area. Easy to access as well since it's just around a main major thoroughfare.

The location means that sometimes the noise from the busy thoroughfare will disturb your rest at night. The room I got also seemed quite old, and the most irrational one is that they didn't have an adaptor available for their hot water boiler. Lighting in room is not the best, although that might be personal preference due to their excessive use of ambience lighting.

Great view from the room, the restaurant had a verygood menu. The staff were always so helpful , it's close to all thewaterfalls of the area and to the town, totally recommended.

Should be more transparent abit price in booking.com.Coming to check in and need to pay hotel charges that is way more expensive than we already paid in bkg

The room lighting to dim..the toilet need to be revamp the flooring especially,pls refill the soap dispenser before new gst check in..possible try to change some furniture too..
